Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Ameen is operated by Mahmood Alreefi, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (“Ameen”, “we”). Contact: [email protected]. Ameen is a personal administration assistant that you use through WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide the service: reading, summarising, drafting, scheduling and reminding on your behalf. Ameen never sends an email or changes your calendar without your explicit confirmation in the chat, and it never deletes your email. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Google user data

Ameen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Email and calendar content is processed at the moment it is needed to answer you. We store the conversation with Ameen, which may include short summaries of that content; we do not keep a copy of your mailbox.

Who processes data for us

These providers may process data outside your country of residence, including outside Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. By using Ameen you consent to this transfer for the purpose of providing the service.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use Ameen. Waitlist details are kept until you join or ask to be removed.

Your control

Security

Access credentials for your accounts are held by our connection provider and never stored in our database. Our database is closed to public access and reachable only by Ameen's own backend. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your data.

Children

Ameen is for adults aged 18 and over.

Changes

We will post changes here and, where they are significant, tell you in the chat before they take effect.
